About Dhaval Jadav

Dhaval Jadav is the co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of alliantgroup, a national services firm based in Houston that educates and helps small and mid-sized U.S. businesses claim government-sponsored tax and credit incentives. Dhaval received his Master of Laws (LLM) degree in taxation from Georgetown University Law Center, and with his family.

Born in Manhattan, Dhaval grew up primarily in Texas and California. He has served both states, working in the Houston District Counsel Office of the International Revenue Service, and advised several high-technology companies in San Francisco as a member of a Mergers & Acquisitions/Private Equity/Strategic Buyer Services Group. He later went on to work with Deloitte & Touche, a Big Four accounting firm in its Washington National Office.

Dhaval Jadav began exploring tax incentives for business behaviors early in his career. As he became more educated, he began to notice that while the Big Four firms often advised their Fortune 1,000 companies regarding advantageous incentives, small and mid-sized businesses often went without education and advice, therefore missing out on incentives. Dhaval, who harbors a passion for wanting to
help businesses succeed, co-founded alliantgroup in 2002 to better educate and assist smaller businesses in taking advantage of available tax incentives, deductions, and credits.

His position at alliantgroup has not only allowed him to help businesses by leading a successful team of over 800 employees, but has also allowed him to fuel his passion of giving back to the Houston community. Still inspired by his father’s work as an electrical engineer, Dhaval Jadav understands the way in which technological advancement drives American economic growth. Due to this, he takes pride in his involvement with alliantgroup’s STEM scholarship program, which allows him to support growth in his community by providing scholarships to Houston-based high school students in pursuit of STEM careers.

In addition to his work with the alliantgroup scholarship, Dhaval Jadav assisted in establishing alliantgroup Gives Back. This program further motivates alliantgroup employees to participate in volunteer opportunities, such as volunteering for Habitat of Humanity. He also lends his expertise to related organizations such as DSquared Tax and ZMFF&J Law.

Dhaval Jadav continues to share his passion for growing American businesses through many facets of his life. His industry contributions have been featured in business magazines and journals, such as Reuters Breakingviews, CFO.com, and Harvard Business Review.
